Speed and straightforwardness needed to be balanced with warmth and friendliness. The use of colour was in a way predefined, and is the base colour from the identity of 7-Eleven.   Describe the brief from the client By updating the design of the coffee concept, Swedish 7-Eleven wanted to change customer perceptions towards the more modern and urban. The coffee experience is characterised by speed and easy access as well as a sense of micro pause.   Design Process Colours, materials and details were selected to balance quick buying processes with comfortable coffee breaks. The green works well as a warm, friendly signal in the store environment pointing to the counter as the central part of the store. The orange and red colours are used as accent colours to bring life and activity to the green world. Communication and signage were designed to enable an easy as well as inspiring way of finding and product selection. Cups, bags and packaging were developed where the iconic stripes have been used as starting points for playful yet bold treatments of each identity carrier.   Results About 50 Swedish stores have been updated with the new coffee concept and the new design has been extremely well received.

The idea: A special highlight is an interactive ball, the “Audi Sphere” which visitors use as a personal companion on their tour of the pavilion. As a key to the world of Audi, visitors can use it to activate content, thus deciding for themselves which information they wish to access. So even when visiting it on several occasions, the exhibition is always new, as the combined interactions of all visitors constantly generate new experiences: visitors become exhibition designers.   Describe the brief from the client Audi has re-opened its brand pavilion in Auto City Wolfsburg with a remake of its permanent exhibition, which showcases current technologies and innovations. The exhibition focuses on the Audi brand promise вЂ�Vorsprung durch Technik’. The key role here is played by the Audi ultra, Audi e-tron and Audi connect technology columns. The new exhibition should make tangible the Audi brand and bring the brand promise вЂ�Vorsprung durch Technik’ to life. The target group: Business-to-Customer, Business-to-Public.   Design Process The architecture is characterized by flowing forms and curved lines, which structures the exhibition space in “Audi ultra”, “Audi e-tron” and “Audi connect”. “Audi design” is also allocated a separate area of its own, spotlighting the iconic features of the brand. A final highlight is a 360В° media rotunda, where real and virtual elements, spatial dramaturgy and communication are perfectly choreographed to blend into one. In its interplay of space and staged performance the new exhibition creates a holistic brand experience that integrates the visitor, brings the brand promise to life and connects brand and people.   Results Visitors were fascinated and impressed.
